· Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
· Mechanical Components: Hands-on knowledge of gearboxes, wire ropes, hook blocks, couplings, drums, and bearing replacements.
· Alignment & Brakes: Ability to align motors and gearboxes, service thruster/disc/drum brakes, and adjust brake linings.
· Wheels & Structures: Inspecting and replacing Long Travel (LT) and Cross Travel (CT) wheels, bogie systems, and checking structural bolts.
H BEAM WELDING
· Machine Assembly and Alignment: Ability to align gantry frames, web-flange clamping rollers, and hydraulic/pneumatic pressing units to ensure proper fit-up of structural H-beams.
· Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems: Expertise in maintaining and repairing hydraulic power packs, proportional valves, cylinders, and pneumatic circuits responsible for clamping heavy steel plates.
· Drive and Gearbox Maintenance: Skills to service heavy-duty AC/DC motors, reduction gearboxes, rack-and-pinion drives, and conveyor roller beds that feed structural beams through the welding station.
· Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Mechanics: Knowledge of flux recovery systems, wire-feed mechanisms, and welding torch alignment assemblies common in automated H-beam production lines
PRESS BRAKE & SHEARING MACHINE :
· Hydraulic Systems Expertise: Diagnose and repair high-pressure hydraulic circuits, proportional valves, pumps, cylinders, and seal replacements.
· Mechanical & Structural Aptitude: Align heavy rams, adjust bed parallelism, service ball screws, and repair back gauge assemblies.
· Shear Blade & Press Die Knowledge: Understand clearance adjustments for guillotine/swing-beam shears and tonnage/crowning calculations for press brakes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
