- Plan and implement attractive visual merchandising displays for women’s apparel and accessories.
- Arrange merchandise to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product placement.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, tagged, and displayed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards according to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate seasonal collections, promotional campaigns, and in-store events.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock audits.
- Work closely with store managers and sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Identify slow-moving and fast-selling products and recommend action plans.
