Job Purpose
We are seeking a warm, professional, and hygiene-conscious Showroom Waitress / Pantry Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and comfortable by serving refreshments and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our pantry and client hosting areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Hospitality: Greet customers warmly and promptly serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water, snacks) in accordance with the showroom’s hospitality standards.
- Pantry Maintenance: Keep the pantry area exceptionally clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Utensil & Equipment Care: Wash, dry, and properly store all utensils, glassware, and cutlery used for serving refreshments. Ensure coffee machines or tea brewers are cleaned daily.
- Inventory Management: Monitor pantry supplies (milk, sugar, tea/coffee stock, snacks, cleaning supplies) and inform the supervisor when restocking is needed.
- Hygiene Standards: Adhere strictly to food safety and personal grooming standards, ensuring a neat and professional appearance on the showroom floor.
- Associated Tasks: Assist with basic tidying of the customer lounge/refreshment area and support team members during special showroom events or busy hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a waitress, pantry executive, or hospitality staff (experience in retail showrooms, luxury stores, or hotels is a plus).
- Skills:
- Basic communication skills to interact politely with high-end clients.
- Strong understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Traits: Presentable, polite, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.
Working Hours
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Must be flexible to work on weekends.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
