Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager with 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably from the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful training programs, enhancing employee performance, and driving learning initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in Training Need Analysis (TNA), soft skills training, sales training, employee development, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development requirements across departments.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for sales, customer service, leadership, and behavioral competencies.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Develop training calendars, learning roadmaps, and competency development frameworks.
- Facilitate soft skills training programs including communication, presentation skills, negotiation, customer handling, leadership, and team management.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain training content, SOPs, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Drive sales capability-building initiatives for sales and pre-sales teams.
- Track employee learning progress and provide coaching and mentoring support.
- Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and external training partners when required.
- Generate training reports, MIS, and learning analytics for management review.
- Ensure continuous improvement in learning methodologies and employee engagement initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
