About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Creator cum Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually engaging social media content.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be comfortable creating both static and short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, banners and campaigns.
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, motion-based content and social media animations.
- Conceptualise creative ideas based on client briefs and campaign objectives.
- Adapt designs according to different social media platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media trends.
- Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative, content and account teams.
- Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh creative ideas.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of social media design and visual communication.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and branding.
- Ability to convert ideas/briefs into compelling visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design/social media content creation.
