Marketing Intern - Bird Eye
Level: Intern | 0–1 years
Stipend: ₹10,000/month
Location: Bird Eye HQ, Khar West, Mumbai
Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to full-time
"You'll get a bit of everything and that's the point."
About the Role
Join Bird Eye's marketing team and you're signing up for whatever's actually happening, a new launch this month, an event the next, a shoot day after that. You won't be sitting behind a desk running the same task on repeat. You'll be wherever the brand needs energy: on set, at events, in launch war-rooms, in the DMs, wherever the moment is.
This internship moves at the pace of the brand's calendar. Some weeks it's heads-down content and performance work. Other weeks it's being on the ground for an activation or a launch. You'll get exposure to the full range of what building a D2C brand actually looks like.
What You'll Do
-
Be part of the action for new launches, campaigns and brand moments, from planning to execution to being physically there when it happens
-
Show up for events and activations, representing Bird Eye on the ground when needed
-
Support content creation, shoots, reels, captions, stories, hands-on, not just observing
-
Help run day-to-day social media, posting, tracking performance, jumping on what's trending
-
Manage community touchpoints, DMs, comments, being part of the brand's voice
-
Support performance marketing, assisting with ad creatives, spotting what's working, helping keep campaigns fresh
-
Pitch in on website and content updates as the brand evolves
What We're Looking For
-
Genuinely excited by brands, culture and marketing
-
Adaptable, comfortable moving between tasks and environments without needing everything mapped out in advance
-
Some instinct for social media, trends and what makes content land
-
Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Excel/Sheets, willingness to learn matters more than existing skill
-
Shows up ready to do the work, wherever that work happens to be that week
You'll Thrive Here If
-
You want variety over routine, one day content, the next an event, the next a launch
-
You'd rather learn by being in the room than by watching from outside it
-
You have opinions about brands and content, and you're not shy about sharing them
-
You want a role that could genuinely become full-time if you're good
