Key Responsibilities
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the MD’s office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3 – 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary to senior leadership.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Professional demeanour and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in corporate office administration is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
