About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This is a 100% field-based role, where the primary responsibility is to generate business by directly engaging with residential customers, homeowners, individual consumers, and walk-in prospects within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets through field visits.
Important: This is a fully field-oriented position. Daily field visits are mandatory. Candidates who are not comfortable with extensive field travel should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Generate new business through daily field visits, door-to-door sales, customer references, and local market activities.
- Identify and approach prospective residential customers within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's products/services directly to end customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Field Activities (Mandatory)
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned locations.
- Meet potential customers and explain product offerings.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and awareness activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and sales activities.
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
- Close sales opportunities effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), lead status reports, and MIS on time.
- Coordinate with Operations, Installation, Customer Support, and Marketing teams for seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with management.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in B2C Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Solar, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking & Financial Services, Automobile, FMCG, Real Estate, or Home Appliances will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
