Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the performance of ad creatives across various campaign objectives, including traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate key metrics, revenue trends, and paid advertising initiatives on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Plan, execute, and optimize innovative digital marketing strategies to consistently improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend actionable strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems such as CMS Hub, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and align strategies accordingly.
- Creative and detail-oriented thinker with a strong ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (preferred)
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi (preferred)
