Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our online sales team in the Stock Market/Broking industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the Stock Market/Broking Industry
* NISM Certification is an added advantage
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the online sales team.
* Conduct daily team meetings and provide product training.
* Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.
* Support client acquisition and revenue generation.
* Attend client meetings and build strong customer relationships.
* Ensure compliance with KYC and SEBI regulations.
* Promote Equity, Mutual Funds, Commodity, and other financial products.
