Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling e-commerce operations, product listings, catalog management, promotions, inventory coordination, and online sales for Learning Toys, Educational Products, Books, or Publishing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Hamleys, Myntra (if applicable), and the company's website.
- Create, optimize, and update product listings with titles, descriptions, images, keywords, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, banners, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stock-outs and overselling.
- Process and track orders, returns, replacements, and customer complaints.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, discounts, and marketplace sales events.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor pricing.
- Optimize product visibility using SEO keywords and marketplace best practices.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve business performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to increase online revenue.
- Ensure timely updates of pricing, offers, and new product launches.
- Work closely with marketing teams for digital campaigns and product promotions.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace portals.
- Knowledge of catalog management and product listing optimization.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–7years of experience in E-commerce operations.
- Experience in Learning Toys, Educational Products, Publishing, Books, Children's Products, Stationery, or Consumer Products will be preferred.
- Experience with online advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is desirable.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
