Job Summary
Mazus Inn, a premium hospitality property in Wayanad, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments to deliver high-quality service standards.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and cost control measures.
2. Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Ensure personalized guest experiences aligned with the brand standards of Mazus Inn.
- Monitor online reviews and implement improvements.
3. Team Leadership & HR
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff across departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
4. Financial & Administrative Control
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
5. Sales & Business Development
- Support sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online platforms.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and partnerships.
6. Maintenance & Property Management
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
