Job overview
We are looking for a Store In-charge to manage store operations, inventory, material planning, vendor coordination, stock reconciliation, and timely material availability for production and dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor inventory of bottles, packaging materials, raw materials, and consumables.
- Plan daily/weekly bottle and raw material requirements based on production and dispatch needs.
- Calculate and coordinate material requirements for the Jaipur facility.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors and track incoming supplies for quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Verify milk receipts against expected quantities and report discrepancies.
- Maintain records of milk, materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for material requirements and movement.
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile inventory records.
- Monitor consumption, wastage, variances, and unusual stock movements.
- Prepare inventory reports and ensure proper storage, labelling, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications & experience
- Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related fields preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Operations.
- FMCG, Dairy, Food Processing, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, material planning, reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Salary: Up-to: 25k
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
