Logistics Manager – US Freight Brokerage
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Manager with strong expertise in US Freight Brokerage / International Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team, ensuring productivity, driving business targets, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the Freight Brokerage team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational activities.
- Provide effective guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of US Freight Brokerage operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and business results.
- Track and drive shipment, revenue, and productivity targets.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in US Freight Brokerage / US International Logistics.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong understanding of US Freight Brokerage operations and industry practices.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed team targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in US working hours/shifts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing Freight Brokers, Logistics Coordinators, or Operations teams.
- Proven track record of improving team productivity and achieving business/revenue targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
