Job Title: Field Support Engineer (0 - 3 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to Client sites as required to provide technical support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices at client locations.
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems related to LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Support user account management, email configuration, and password-related issues.
- Maintain service reports, support tickets, and documentation of completed tasks.
- Assist with hardware upgrades, replacements, and system migrations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Desktop Support, and Networking fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
