We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive / Tele Caller who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and help them start using Housie. This role is not about making random calls or hardcore sales. It’s about having useful conversations, understanding customer needs, answering questions, and converting genuine interest into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through marketing campaigns and understand their requirements.
- Explain Housie’s products, services, pricing, and delivery benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain regular communication with leads until closure.
- Answer customer queries and provide the right information.
- Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams whenever required.
- Share customer feedback to help improve the overall experience.
Role Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls throughout the day.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
