Key Responsibilities
- Drive home loan sales performance across all branches within the assigned cluster to meet and exceed business targets
- Develop and execute cluster-level strategies aligned with BOISL's growth and profitability objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and product improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, banking guidelines, and internal company policies across all branches
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Branch Sales Managers and their teams to achieve individual and collective goals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to support business development
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales metrics, pipeline health, and operational updates, to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in home loan sales or retail lending, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in the home loan or mortgage sector
- Strong working knowledge of home loan products, credit processes, and applicable banking regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel frequently across the cluster for branch visits and business development activities
Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
