Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, VRF, chillers, AHU, FCU).
- Ensure work is done as per approved drawings and standards.
- Daily monitoring of site progress.
2. Team Management
- Handle technicians, helpers, and subcontractors
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Train workers on proper installation methods
3. Material & Tools Management
- Check material availability before starting work
- Maintain proper usage of tools and equipment
- Avoid wastage and control site costs
4. Quality Control
- Ensure installation quality meets project specifications
- Coordinate inspections with client/consultant
- Maintain checklist and documentation
5. Safety Compliance
- Enforce site safety rules (PPE, work permits)
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Prevent accidents and unsafe practices
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with client, consultant, and other contractors
- Resolve site issues quickly
- Attend site meetings when required
7. Reporting
- Submit daily progress report (DPR)
- Update project manager on work status, delays, and issues
- Maintain site records and documentation
Skills Required
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, ducting, piping & Insulation)
- Ability to read drawings
- Leadership & team handling
- Basic communication & reporting skills
- Problem-solving at site
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
