Compensation (Important – High Conversion Driver)
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Unlimited earning potential (1% on sales with no capping)
This is a performance-driven role, not a fixed salary job.
Role Overview
This is a revenue-generating role where you will:
- Handle inbound B2B leads (IndiaMART, JustDial, website, direct inquiries)
- Understand customer requirements
- Recommend the right technical products
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion (Core Focus)
- Respond to inbound leads within 5–10 minutes
- Understand technical requirements of customers
- Recommend suitable products confidently
- Convert inquiries into orders
2. Quotation & Sales Execution
- Prepare accurate quotations
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Follow up aggressively on pending quotations
3. Customer Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Generate repeat business
- Handle after-sales queries professionally
4. Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
- Track:
- Hot / Warm / Cold leads
- Follow-up status
- Conversion rates
Ideal Candidate Profile Must Have:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred)
- 1–4 years experience in:
- Technical Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Products
Skills Required:
- Strong communication (Hindi + English + Marathi preferred)
- Confidence in talking to industrial customers
- Basic understanding of:
- Measuring instruments OR electrical test equipment
- Ability to close deals (not just send quotations)
