About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Solutions segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in selling IT products, solutions, and services to SMEs, corporates, manufacturing companies, warehouses, hospitals, educational institutions, and commercial enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as IT Managers, CIOs, Procurement Heads, Facility Managers, and Business Owners.
- Promote and sell IT Infrastructure solutions, including:
- Servers, NAS
- CCTV Surveillance Solutions
- Networking (Switches, Wi-Fi, Firewalls)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
- Cloud Solutions
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Video Conferencing Solutions
- FMS & AMC Service
- Managed IT Services
- Conduct customer requirement analysis and coordinate with the pre-sales team for solution design.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customers.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer IT requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Good commercial and business acumen.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Strong relationship management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
