Handling procurement activities for Cognizant all facilities.
LVP Procurement
- Downloading the PR -BOQ in Ariba Tool and validating the BOQ description with Proper Make, Model, Size, Dimension as per the requirement.
- Selection Criteria of Vendors and Floating RFP.
- Discuss with the vendor based on the nature of the BOQ to visit the site, along with the BOQ, Complete the Due Diligence in discussion with the site Spoc.
- Receive the quotes from the multiple vendors and validate the rates and re-negotiate with the vendors and finalize to whom the PR purchases need to be awarded.
- Prepare Fair Value Quote with attaching the BOQ, RFP, Vendor Quotes, Client Approval E-Mail.
- Send the Fair Value Quote for Internal Approvals. Post which the same to be uploaded in Ariba Tool.
- Downloading of Client Purchase Order and raise the JLL PO in JDE (As per Process)
- Confirm that the JLL PO is dispatched to the respective vendor with all details including the site spoc for delivery and other Stakeholders in case of any escalation.
Other Procurement Related Activities: -
- Developing and managing procurement budgets, tracking and reporting cost savings, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and implementing cost control measures.
- Assessing and managing risks related to suppliers, products, and services. This includes evaluating supplier financial stability, conducting due diligence, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance and operations to understand their requirements, align procurement strategies with organizational goals, and resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure procure performance, track savings, supplier performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- New Vendor Onboarding in Rubix in AAROV Tools.
- Supplier Performance Evaluation for Quarterly Bases will be submitted under Jagger.
- RFX above 5Lakh FVQ will be submitted in Jagger on a periodical basis.
- Attending regular meetings and update day to day reports on procurement and complete all trainings in Workday Learning and Development.
