Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
