About the Role:
Hello Mentor is looking for a highly detail-oriented Content & Data Operations Intern to support the development of our NEET Mock Test Platform. The role involves digitizing, organizing, tagging, and uploading NTA NEET question bank data while ensuring complete accuracy and quality.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong PCB background who are passionate about education, assessments, and content operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Digitize and structure NTA NEET question papers from PDF and image sources.
Upload questions, answer keys, explanations, and related content onto the platform.
Tag questions accurately with metadata such as subject, topic, subtopic, difficulty level, year, and question type.
Maintain and organize the NEET question bank for seamless test generation.
Verify content accuracy and ensure proper mapping of answers and explanations.
Conduct quality checks on uploaded content and identify formatting or data issues.
Coordinate with academic and content teams to resolve discrepancies and improve content quality.
Test uploaded questions on the mock test interface to ensure proper functionality and rendering.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate or Graduate with a strong PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) background.
NEET aspirants or droppers preferred.
Strong understanding of the NEET syllabus and examination pattern.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with educational content management systems or LMS platforms.
Familiarity with LaTeX, equation formatting, or question-bank management tools.
Prior exposure to EdTech, assessment platforms, or academic content operations.
Basic understanding of MCQ-based test structures and evaluation systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,438.47 per month
