Job Summary
A Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines used in manufacturing processes. The role involves reading technical drawings, ensuring product quality, monitoring machine performance, and following safety procedures to produce accurate components efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production schedules.
- Set up machines, load materials, and adjust machine parameters.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Monitor cutting quality and machine performance during operation.
- Inspect finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
