Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer with hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB design, board bring-up, and hardware validation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Altium Designer, high-speed and mixed-signal circuit design, component selection, and product development from concept to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware solutions based on product specifications and customer requirements.
- Create detailed schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
- Generate manufacturing outputs including Gerber files and support PCB fabrication activities.
- Identify, evaluate, validate, and qualify new and alternate electronic components.
- Prepare and maintain hardware design documentation, test reports, and engineering change documents.
- Create hardware validation and verification test plans.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure designs comply with EMI/EMC requirements and industry best practices.
- Generate, review, and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) for cost, availability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and quality teams during product development and release.
- Support internal documentation control activities and engineering change processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
- Experience working through the complete product lifecycle from design to manufacturing support.

Pay: ₹277,491.28 - ₹1,674,577.40 per year
