DARK STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER :
A Dark Operations Store Manager in quick commerce leads micro-fulfillment operations. They are responsible for managing the inventory dashboard, supervising pickers and packers, ensuring zero-error order fulfillment within 10–30 minute SLAs and synchronizing with last-mile delivery riders
Key Responsibilities Include:

✅ Monitoring Online Orders Dashboard
✅ Coordinating with Delivery Riders
✅ Managing Incoming Supplier Deliveries
✅ Maintaining Stock Accuracy & Barcode Scanning
✅ Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety Checks
✅ Managing Shift Operations & Team Briefing
✅ Monitoring Order Dispatch & Delivery Time
Core roles and responsibilities include :-
- Oversaw day-to-day operations of a busy transportation hub, managing the team members.
- Monitoring the digital order dashboard to guarantee accurate, fast picking and packing. They oversee inbound/outbound logistics and dispatch
- Monitor daily stock movements, negative inventory, damages, and expiry closures while managing manpower planning
- Conducted regular performance reviews and provided coaching and feedback to team members to enhance productivity
- Coordinated with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate timely communications with Vendors, Accounts, Service teams to attain on time solutions
- Monitoring sort and place materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to the organisational standards
- Preparing weekly stock in & out report and shared to top management
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or hub operations.
- Most Preferable to with experience of Dark Store operation(Super Market - Grocesry Store
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
