We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, explain our services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain company services and solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and online meetings.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
