Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Interior Design/3D Visualization.
Location: Perumbakkam,Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to create high-quality interior design concepts, realistic 3D visualizations, and client presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to convert client ideas into stunning visual designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for interior design projects.
- Prepare design concepts and presentation drawings.
- Develop detailed layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Prepare project quotations and support the sales team during client presentations.
- Work closely with the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
- Excellent 3D rendering and visualization skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
