- raining & Competency Management: Implement regular GxP, data integrity, and corporate governance training to meet high industry standards.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain documented evidence of employee certifications, qualifications, and training records for regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, GMP).
- Statutory & Labor Law Compliance: Oversee payroll compliance, new wage codes, industrial relations, and domestic inquiries.
- Quality & Investigations: Participate in Non-Conformance Investigations and execute CAPA or Change Controls.
- Policy Enforcement: Develop and enforce safety, anti-bribery, and human rights standards.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (\(M\&A\)): Ensure compliance continuity, assess workforce hierarchies, and align compensation during organizational

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
