Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
