Ideal Candidate Profile
Approximately 7–15 years of relevant experience, including meaningful ownership of complex projects or programs. Potential current titles may include Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Strategic PMO Lead, Transformation Project Manager or Launch Program Manager. Title is secondary to evidence of independently driving complex projects to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the master project plan for the DC × Clear Supps collaboration and assigned strategic projects.
· Convert launch objectives into workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies and deadlines.
· Coordinate licensing and approval workflows with DC/Warner and internal stakeholders.
· Manage cross-functional execution across Product, Regulatory, Design, Packaging, Manufacturing, QA, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Operations.
· Identify and actively manage the critical path, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
· Drive delayed or blocked workstreams to recovery rather than only reporting delays.
· Maintain project budgets, commitments, forecasts and variance visibility.
· Coordinate external vendors and partners and hold them accountable to committed timelines.
· Build concise project dashboards and provide leadership with status, key risks, recovery actions and decisions required.
· Run focused project reviews with clear actions, owners and closure dates.
· Develop contingency plans for critical launch dependencies.
· Ensure final project closure, handover, documentation and open-item resolution.
· Support future collaborations, product launches and other strategic programs as required.
Must-Have Experience
· Strong experience in Project Management, Program Management or execution-oriented PMO roles.
· Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple simultaneous workstreams.
· Strong understanding of project planning, critical path, dependencies, RAID management and governance.
· Demonstrated experience personally recovering delayed or at-risk projects.
· Strong stakeholder management with teams and partners who may not directly report to the role.
· Experience managing external vendors, timelines, budgets and project risks.
· Ability to create concise leadership dashboards and decision-oriented project reporting.
· Experience working with senior leadership and managing high-visibility projects.
· Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer products, licensing, product launches, retail, e-commerce or similar environments is preferred.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
