Responsibilities:
- Design extrusion machinery, screws, barrels, and related components.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM.
- Coordinate with customers for technical requirements and design discussions.
- Support production teams with design modifications and technical solutions.
- Perform design calculations and ensure manufacturability of designs.
- Maintain design documentation, revisions, and technical records.
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase, production, and service teams.
- Support machine trials, testing, and new product development activities.
- Ensure timely release of drawings and project completion.
