Job Summary
Astro Academy is looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations and coordinate effectively with students, trainers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the academy.
- Coordinate with students regarding admissions, class schedules, attendance, examinations, and course-related queries.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth execution of classes and academic activities.
- Handle student registrations, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Schedule classes, meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
- Follow up with students regarding attendance, fee payments, and course progress.
- Prepare reports, maintain MIS/CRM records, and manage office documentation.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, orientations, and student events.
- Support the management team in daily operational and administrative activities.
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, office management, or educational institutions.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and basic CRM/MIS software.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or academic administration is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
