Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the organization's financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, invoices, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
