Telesales Team Lead – Job Description**Location:** Noida Sector 136**

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Telesales Team Lead to manage and mentor a telesales team, drive sales performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure daily target achievement. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills with experience in handling outbound/inbound sales teams.
Key Responsibilities* Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.* Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and conversion metrics.* Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance improvement sessions.* Handle escalations and support team members in closing high-value leads.* Develop sales strategies and scripts to improve conversions.* Track follow-ups, lead management, and CRM updates.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.* Ensure discipline, attendance, and process adherence within the team.* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and campaign execution.* Drive team KPIs including: * Calls per day * Follow-ups * Conversion ratio * Revenue targets
Required Skills* Strong telesales and team handling experience.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Leadership and people management abilities.* Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Team lead/ telesales/customer acquisition.* Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience preferred.* Graduation in any discipline.* Experience in B2B/B2C sales will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualities* Strong target-oriented mindset.* High energy and team motivation skills.* Good understanding of sales funnels and customer handling.* Ability to train and develop junior sales executives.
