Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales operations across multiple ecommerce platforms. The role involves handling product listings, marketplace operations, inventory management, order processing, and performance tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day ecommerce activities and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords
- Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and SKU management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order processing, dispatch, returns, and RTO
- Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Assist in planning and executing marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to improve sales and visibility
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SOPs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing / E-commerce
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Indian ecommerce marketplaces preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
