We are seeking an experienced Back Office Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role requires a graduate with proven industry experience to manage operations related to lighting projects.
What You'll Do
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up with production department based on orders from clients.
- Coordinate with the client and update them on their order status and deilvery .
- Coordinate with internal departments and manage the dispatch process.
Who You Are
A Graduate with relevant industry experience in lighting, electrical, construction, smart home automation, or a closely allied sector
Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor and presentation.
