Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with EMC SMARTS / VMware SMARTS
Strong understanding of OSS/BSS Applications
Good knowledge of Telecom Networks and Fault Monitoring Systems
Experience in identifying, developing, and implementing application enhancements and improvements
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams integrated with Fault Monitoring and Network Management Tools
Technical Skills
Programming: Java, REST APIs, SOAP, React
Scripting: Linux Shell Scripting, Unix Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, Perl, Python
Development Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, DevOps
Core Expertise
- Development and customization of EMC SMARTS / VMware SMARTS solutions
- Integration with network management and fault monitoring platforms
- Troubleshooting, performance tuning, and application support
- Telecom OSS/BSS environment experience
