Job Overview
Million Ledger LLP is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing insurance and financial product sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into business opportunities
- Advise clients on suitable insurance and financial products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain consistent client follow-ups and relationship management
- Assist clients during policy issuance and claims processes
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CFA, Mutual Fund Certification, or SEBI-related certifications are preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA
- Incentive-based earnings linked to performance
