ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Digital Marketer who will own our entire online presence and be directly responsible for driving revenue. You will be our first marketing hire — meaning full ownership, full impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────────
- Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Run and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google, Meta & LinkedIn
- Create high-converting content — blogs, landing pages, social media
- Manage and grow our brand across all digital platforms
- Track KPIs: organic traffic, leads, conversions, ROI
- Identify low-cost, high-impact growth opportunities
- Report weekly performance insights to the founding team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1–3 years of proven digital marketing & SEO experience
- Hands-on with: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Self-starter — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a lean startup culture
- Results-driven — you take pride in numbers, not just activity
