NICU Staff Nurse – Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns, including premature and critically ill babies.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, feeding, and overall condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and neonatal emergencies.
- Manage and monitor incubators, ventilators, CPAP, and other NICU equipment.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and follow infection-control protocols.
- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: NICU/Neonatal/Pediatric ICU experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
