Job Summary
Baba Quartz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales, expand the dealer and distributor network, and strengthen market presence across Delhi & NCR. The ideal candidate should have experience in the quartz, stone, tiles, marble, granite, ceramics, or building materials industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, architects, interior designers, fabricators, and builders.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility in the assigned territory.
- Generate demand through architects, contractors, and project sales.
- Monitor secondary sales and dealer performance.
- Collect market intelligence and submit regular sales and market reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in Quartz, Stone, Marble, Granite, Tiles, Ceramics, or Building Materials.
- Existing dealer and project network in Delhi & NCR will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
