Key Requirements & Skills:
- Attributes: Effective communication, well-groomed, and a passion for sales. Candidates must be able to explain schemes clearly to shopkeepers.
- Core Skills: Negotiation, target-oriented mindset, conflict resolution, objection handling, discipline, accountability, and cash handling.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam is required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage FMCG product delivery, billing, and route planning.
- Explain seasonal schemes to shop owners and ensure delivery tracking.
- Achieve sales targets and execute strategies per management guidelines.
- Ensure timely payment collection and remittance.
Role Specifics:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers are not eligible).
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Salary: Starting at ₹22,500 + Daily Allowance (DA) of ₹275.
- Openings: 5 positions per district.
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week).
