Supervise and manage site activities, ensure quality and safety standards
Coordinate with labour, contractors and builder team
Monitor daily progress and reporting
Required Experience & Qualifications :
1. Experience : 5-7 years experience in Real Estate sector
2. Background : Only Real Estate background + Must worked with Builder profile only
3. Location : Candidates from Navi Mumbai Only
Key Skills :
1. Languages : English / Hindi & Marati
2. Software : Knowledge of BOQ / SAP is mandatory
Notes:
This role is strictly for candidates with builder - sides real estate experience from Navi Mumbai.
Pay: ₹50,089.33 - ₹55,420.61 per month
