Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Watch Technician to join our service team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing quartz, automatic, and mechanical watches while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair quartz, automatic, and mechanical watches.
- Perform battery replacement, movement servicing, strap resizing, glass replacement, crown and stem replacement, and gasket replacement.
- Conduct complete watch servicing, cleaning, lubrication, assembly, and calibration.
- Perform water resistance and functionality testing.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
- Maintain service records and update repair status.
- Handle watches with care and maintain workshop cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Watch Technician/Watch Repair Technician.
- Strong knowledge of quartz and mechanical watch movements.
- Hands-on experience using watch repair tools and equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining service records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma/Certification in Watch Repair, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in an authorized watch service center or retail watch brand.
- Knowledge of premium or luxury watch brands is an added advantage.
