Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office administration activities and facility coordination
- Handle vendor management, office supplies, and asset tracking
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to admin activities
- Support HR and management with day-to-day operational tasks
Transport Coordination:
- Plan and manage employee and material transportation schedules
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and transport agencies
- Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, fuel consumption, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements
- Handle route planning, trip logs, and transport-related MIS reports
- 3+ years of experience in Administration and Transport Coordination
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
