We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Support HR and Administration with daily office activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and stationery inventory.
- Assist employees and clients with basic inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
