About the Role
Ordient Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer Supervisor to oversee residential construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge of building construction fundamentals, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- - Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.
- - Monitor residential building construction and interior fit-out works.
- - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and clients.
- - Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- - Track project progress and submit regular site reports.
- - Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
- - Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records.
- - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
- - Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- - Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- - 1.5 to 2 years of experience in site supervision, residential construction, or interior project execution.
- - Strong understanding of building construction fundamentals and interior finishing works.
- - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
- - Good communication and team coordination skills.
- - Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
- - Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- - Experience in residential building projects and interior execution.
- - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- - Willingness to travel between project sites when required.
- - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
