Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of accounting experience and be familiar with basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Record receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in GST documentation and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors whenever required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and bookkeeping.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
