We are looking for a dynamic Events & Marketing Executive who can plan, organize, and execute promotional events, education fairs, career guidance seminars, job fairs, and admission campaigns for Airgo Academy and Fashion Salon Academy. The role requires strong coordination, networking, and field marketing skills to generate admissions and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize education fairs, job fairs, career counseling events, workshops, and admission drives.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, residential societies, and community groups for event partnerships.
- Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions to promote Airgo Academy programs.
- Organize promotional activities and awareness campaigns for Fashion Salon Academy courses in societies, apartments, and local communities.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, permissions, sponsorships, and on-ground execution.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions, NGOs, corporates, and local organizations for collaborative events.
- Generate leads through events and ensure follow-up for admissions.
- Maintain event calendars, activity reports, and lead databases.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong event management, communication, and networking skills.
- Experience in event management, education marketing, admissions, or business development preferred.
- Ability to independently plan and execute events from concept to completion.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends when required for events.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Event Performance Incentives + Admission Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
